These terms apply to use of Sellbook and, where enabled, connected Buybook features. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. Do not use the service if you do not agree.

People who cannot sign in may contact the operator through this email address. Do not include passwords, Sellbook PINs or government identity numbers in support messages.
What Sellbook provides
Sellbook provides tools to record products, prices, stock, sales, expenses and related business activity, review summaries, create backups and synchronise records between devices. It is a record-keeping tool, not a bank, payment processor, accounting firm, tax adviser or guarantee of business results.
Connected Buybook features may allow sellers to publish shop and product information, receive subscriptions, communicate with buyers and manage reservations. Sellbook does not process payments or hold funds for buyers or sellers.
Accounts and security
- Provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials and Sellbook PIN confidential.
- You are responsible for activity carried out through your account and for securing devices where Sellbook is installed or signed in.
- Do not share your account, attempt to access another person's records, bypass security controls or interfere with the service.
- We may restrict access where necessary to protect users, investigate misuse or comply with applicable law.
Your business records and backups
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the products, prices, stock, sales, expenses and other information you enter. Verify important totals, stock quantities and reports independently before relying on them for business, tax or legal decisions.
Offline changes may remain on your device until a connection is available. Synchronisation can be delayed or fail because of network, device, storage or service issues. Check the app's sync status before relying on another device to have the latest records. Export backups regularly; Sellbook is not a guaranteed backup service.
Buybook listings, images and messages
You may publish only information and images that you have the right to use. Public product and shop-front images and listing details can be viewed by other people. Do not upload unlawful, misleading, private or harmful content, or images of people or identity documents as shop-front photographs.
Shop-front photographs may be reviewed by automated image-classification technology before a shop can be connected. Automated checks can be wrong; sellers may contact Support to request a review. You remain responsible for ensuring that published listing information is accurate and that you honour reservations and communications you accept.
Buybook subscriptions, reservations and messages are not a sale or payment guarantee. Buyers and sellers arrange payment and collection directly with one another outside the app.
Acceptable use
Do not use Sellbook for unlawful activity, fraud, harassment, spam, unauthorised data collection, infringement of another person's rights or attempts to disrupt the service. Do not submit passwords, card details or sensitive personal information in free-text business fields.
Availability, changes and liability
We may maintain, change, suspend or discontinue features to protect the service or improve reliability. We take reasonable care but cannot promise uninterrupted service, error-free calculations, permanent data retention or compatibility with every device. Keep independent backups and verify important records.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect user entries, lost devices, unbacked-up local data, unsynchronised changes or interruptions outside the operator's reasonable control.
Account closure
You may stop using Sellbook and request account deletion through the account controls. Export records you need and synchronise pending changes first. Account deletion may be permanent and may remove cloud records and account-owned files. Copies already exported, publicly copied or retained in independent provider backups may remain.
Privacy, changes and contact
Use of Sellbook is also governed by the Privacy Notice. These terms may be updated when the service changes or the law requires it. Material changes should be communicated through the app.
The operator details above were supplied by the proprietor. The support contact must remain active and be monitored regularly. These terms still require review against the operator's actual business, service practices and applicable Nigerian law before unrestricted public launch.
